The front garden was completely transformed. We removed the lawn to add a pollinators garden with low water plants and a very special space to grow herbs. The pollinator friendly plants will aid fruiting and bring wonderful color and life to the front entrance.
Side yard was stripped off their lawn and covered with wood mulch to promote a healthy soil. Many native plants were used as ground cover for this area. We also created an small area with a California native ‘No mow grass’ to play ball, as this was a must have for the family.
This winding path leads you to this shaded secret garden, a secluded area perfect to relax and wind down after a hard working day. The path is accompanied by some native plants and other colorful plants to brighten up the area.
A raised beds kitchen garden out of their main patio area was created to allow the family and guests enjoy a full foodescape experience at home.
Lawn in the front street strip was replaced by Kurapia, a low water evergreen ground cover.
