Our Signature Design Process

We believe every garden is a unique reflection of its site and its owner. Our process is designed to be collaborative, intentional, and focused on longevity.

1. The Discovery Call: Every great project begins with a conversation. We offer a complimentary 20-minute call to discuss your vision and project scope to ensure our design philosophy aligns with your lifestyle goals.

2. On-Site Consultation: Following our call, we move to a 45-minute on-site consultation. This is where the transformation begins. We perform a site analysis, discuss your aesthetic preferences, and explore creative solutions tailored to your budget. Initial consultation investment: $155

3. Conceptual Design: We develop a comprehensive base plan paired with conceptual sketches. This stage establishes the flow and textures that will define your new outdoor environment.

4. The Master Plan: Your vision is refined into a detailed Master Plan. This includes technical documents such as Hydrozone plans, landscape material specifications, and a curated plant palette adapted to your unique microclimate.

5. Installation Observation To ensure the integrity of the design, we work with a vetted network of licensed C-27 contractors. My role during this phase is to observe the progress and remain available as a resource for any design-related questions that arise. This ensures the aesthetic vision is executed perfectly. Please note that while I provide design oversight, the contractor serves as the Project Manager for all construction logistics and site operations.

6. Long-Term Evolution A garden is a living thing. We provide dedicated follow-up visits at 6 months and one year post-installation to ensure your landscape is maturing beautifully.

Transparency: Investment & Timelines

• Design Fees: Our projects are tailored to your specific needs. As a baseline, a simple design for a 500 sq. ft. front yard typically begins at $1,500.

• Design Timeline: Depending on complexity, the design phase usually spans 1 to 6 months.

• Installation Note: Quality takes time. Our preferred contractors typically have a lead time of 2–3 months following plan approval.
