We reused the flagstones and existing rocks on site to transform this hidden garden at the top of the hill.

Before

Front yard and side garden in Morgan Hill renovation. This project will be using the Lawn rebate from Santa Clara County.

Frontyard

The lawn in the front garden will be removed and replaced with low water need plants. The challenge of this garden is the steep slope. We took that into consideration and will be adding a set of steps to access the side garden in a more comfortable way. We selected plants that will aid in retaining the soil in place to diminish wind and water erosion.

After

Wooden steps were created for a safer reach to the secrete backyard garden at the top of the hill.

Drought tolerant plants accompany the steps and the Hill garden. These plants will help keep the soil in place and will be covered in color with time.

Outdoor lighting was a request from the clients and it certainly is the cherry on the cake for these amazing steps.
